Why Coaching?

All meetings begin with a conversation!

After a discussion in which I answer your questions, we determine a date for our first session.
Beforehand, some preliminary work is recommended in order to facilitate setting an objective.

The First Meeting
allows us to clearly determine and begin working toward an objective

Subsequent Meetings
generally number between three and five, my goal being to help you as quickly as possible.
During each session we will measure the progress made up to that point and then complete new exercises and thinking on how to bring you closer to achieving your goal.

Duration: 1.5 hours                                                                          

Tools used: Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and hypnosis are the three main tools I use during sessions. Sessions are geared toward workplace performance and wellbeing.

And if coaching is recommended by a manager for their employee?
Follow-ups with management are possible. To conclude, respect for confidentiality, and management’s contribution will allow us to achieve corporate objectives, ensuring we meet professional expectations.
